Roney (WRITER) is a director, writer, and actor residing in Toronto, Canada. Some of her work include a short film titled Glitter’s Wild Women that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2018 and received a Vimeo staff pick, as well as a comedic web series titled Cheap Whine, and a second short titled Fish Whiskers that was recently selected for the Not Short on Talent program through Telefilm at the Cannes International Film Festival. She is currently in pre-production for her latest short, Bee Problem, with funding from the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show, and is gearing up to direct her debut feature script.
